急倾斜厚煤层走向长壁综放开采放煤工艺参数优化

    • 摘要: 针对宝积山煤矿特有的急倾斜厚煤层走向长壁综放开采放煤工艺参数需进行优化的问题,通过 PFC2D数值模拟和现场工业试验相结合的方法,分析了不同放煤方式和放煤步距对煤矸流动形态及顶煤损失特征的影响。得出采用“两刀一放”双轮间隔放煤的放煤方式,能加强对顶煤的冒放性,有效控制含矸率,提高顶煤回收率。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the optimized problem of steep thick seam along strike longwall fully-mechanized caving mining process parameters of Baojishan Mine, by PFC2D numerical simulation and on-site industrial test, the paper analyzed the influence of different caving mode and caving step distance on coal gangue flow pattern and top coal loss characteristics. The "two cuttings and one caving" interval caving coal between two cutting method can enhance the top coal caving, effectively control the content of gangue, and improve recovery rate of top coal.
