基于ANSYS和正交实验法的巷道锚杆支护优化

    Optimization Design of Coal Mine Tunnel Bolt Support Based on Orthogonal Experimental Method and ANSY

    • 摘要: 通过用正交实验法,有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟实验,优化巷道锚杆支护方案。以锚杆长度、锚杆直径以及锚杆布置间距为研究因素,通过正交实验分析,确定对巷道稳定影响最大的因素,并得到最佳支护方案。结果证明基于ANSYS和正交实验法的巷道锚杆支护优化方法,可以定量判定锚杆支护的优劣,与经验法相比有了很大改进。

       

      Abstract: Using orthogonal experimental method, the finite element software ANSYS numerical simulation, this paper attempts to optimize roadway bolt supporting scheme. The length of rock bolt, anchor bolt diameter and spacing were used as the research factors. Through the analysis of orthogonal test, the paper determined the maximal influence factor on the stability of tunnel, and got the best support scheme. The results showed that this method was more efficient than the experience one, which could quantitatively determine the quality of bolting.
