煤的高压等温吸附试验恒温系统误差分析与修正方法

    Error Analysis and Correction Method for Constant Temperature System in the High-pressure Isothermal Adsorption Test of Coal

    • 摘要: 煤的高压等温吸附试验是运用现代实验设备模拟煤层原始储存温度进行平衡压力点的吸附研究。但在模拟煤层存储温度的恒温系统具有0.3 ℃的波动性,温度的不稳定导致压力监测系统监测出的压力出现倒V型的周期波动变化,导致最终试验结果的系统误差。依据煤的高压等温吸附试验标准方法,建立了测试恒温系统和压力传感器的误差验证试验,并根据在淮南矿区丁集矿11-3#煤层取样的吸附试验结果进行分析,验证压力监控系统对煤的高压等温吸附试验所产生的误差范围。

       

      Abstract: The test of high-pressure isothermal adsorption of coal uses modern laboratory equipment to simulate seam original storage temperature and makes asorption study of balanced pressure points. But, constant temperature system in the simulation of coal seam storage temperature has volatility of 0.3 ℃. The pressure, monitored by pressure monitor system, appears inverted V-shaped cycle fluctuations caused by instability temperature, which leads to systematic errors of the final test results. Based on high pressure isothermal adsorption test standard method, the paper established the error verification test of measuring constant temperature system and the pressure sensor. According to the adsorption test results from Dingji Coal Mine 11-3 seam of Huainan Mining Area, the paper verify the error range of pressure monitoring system on the high-pressure isotherms adsorption test of coal.
