基于动态加载方式的煤与瓦斯突出试验

    Experiment of Coal and Gas Outburst Based on Dynamic Loading

    • 摘要: 针对煤与瓦斯突出的特征,分析了膨胀剂作为加载方式的试验方法。以浆体形式装入受限空间内的膨胀剂发生水化反应后体积膨胀,对周围介质可以产生50 MPa以上的压力,其压力增加过程具有瞬间突变的动力特征。煤与瓦斯突出是煤层中储存的弹性应变能在应力条件改变时的突然释放。试验将膨胀剂置于煤体中,依靠膨胀剂加载的动力特征再现了煤与瓦斯突出的物理过程。结果表明,受限空间膨胀剂内部加载的试验方法可以真实地营造煤体的受力状态和煤体突出的边界条件,是研究煤与瓦斯突出问题较为理想的新的试验方法。

       

      Abstract: A new experimental method, taking expansive agent as loading way, is presented based on features of coal and outburst features. When expansive agent is put into limited space, its volume can expand after hydration reaction. The pressures because of expansion can reach to more than 50 MPa to ambient medium, and its increasing process is a typical dynamic character. The reason caused coal and gas outburst is that elastic strain energy stored in coal seam originally releases suddenly when the condition of stress is changed. The physical process of coal and gas outburst is simulated in the test through expansive agent dynamic loading. The results indicates that the test method of dynamic loading of expansive agent in limited space can truly simulate the coal stress and boundary conditions of outburst. So it may be a good test method to research the problems of coal and gas outburst.
