Abstract:
The data of eight boreholes located in the research area of Longgu minefield was systematically analyzed, and the model of hierarchical cluster analysis for the lithologic assemblage characteristics from Neogene was established and several important steps which constructed the model were stated respectively. In the meanwhile, it analyzed and compared the clustering pedigree chart by using four calculating method of distance including the Euclidean distance, standard Euclidean distance, Mahalanobis distance and Minkowski distance, and found that the clustering analysis based on Euclidean distance can correspond with the actual situation of the mine.
