采空区边缘下方巷道支护技术

Support Technology for Roadway Under the Edge of Gob Area

  • 摘要: 在分析某矿采空区边缘下方综采切眼支护难点的基础上,结合数值模拟结果,提出了围岩控制技术:首先用插钢管法超前临时支护顶板,再用W钢带组合水力膨胀锚杆永久支护顶板;采空区下方巷道两帮不进行支护,煤柱下方巷道两帮用高强度螺纹钢锚杆支护。现场实施后有效地控制了巷道围岩变形,为切眼刷扩及液压支架的安装提供了良好的条件。
    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing support difficulties and the result of numerical simulation,surrounding rock control technology of open-off cut for fully mechanized coal mining face under the edge of gob area was put forward. The W-type steel bands and the hydraulic expansion anchors were applied to the permanent roof support with inserting steel tube as temporary roof support. The roadway's sides under goaf were not supported, but the roadway's sides under coal pillar were supported by high strength bolt. Field practical application shows that this technology can effectively control surrounding rock deformation and provide good conditions for open-off cut expansion and hydraulic support installation.
