Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology of Tail Mining and Dismantling Supports at Isolated Island Full-mechanized Caving Face in Lower Slice of Easy Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 针对下沟煤矿易自燃煤层下分层ZF1806孤岛综放面尾采撤架防灭火技术研究,采取以胶体防灭火技术为主,其他防灭火技术为辅的综合防灭火技术措施及“两进一出”“W”型通风方式的创新性技术,保证了ZF1806工作面尾采撤架的顺利进行。表明了胶体防灭火技术的有效性及针对易自然发火特殊煤层采取“W”型通风方式以加快撤架速度的必要性。
    Abstract: In this paper, it studied fire prevention and extinguishing technology of tail mining and dismantling supports of ZF1806 isolated island full-mechanized caving face in lower slice of easy spontaneous combustion coal seam in Xiagou Coal Mine. It took comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures and used the innovative technology of"two in one out""W" type ventilation mode, which ensured the process of tail mining and dismantling supports in ZF1806 working face smoothly. The results verified the effectiveness of gel fire prevention and extinguishing technology, and the necessity of "W" type ventilation mode and speeding up the dismantling supports according to easy spontaneous combustion coal seam.
