大采高综采工作面采高合理性研究及煤壁片帮防治

    Study on Mining Height Rationality and Coal Wall Rib Spalling Control in Fully-mechanized Face With Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 为了确定某矿大采高综采工作面的采高,对该矿井3#煤层进行采高设计,通过数值模拟分析得出,随着割煤高度的增大,煤壁最大水平位移逐渐增大。因此,考虑到该矿井的具体条件,确定其工作面开采高度为6.8 m,工程实践效果良好。由于大采高综采工作面煤壁片帮是不可避免的,针对该矿井煤壁稳定性的提高和改善,提出了几种防治煤壁片帮的措施和建议。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the mining height of fully-mechanized face with large mining height, the mining height of 3#coal seam was designed in this mine. Through numerical simulation analysis, it was obtained that with the increase of the mining height, the maximum horizontal displacement of the coal wall gradually increased. Therefore, by taking into account the specific conditions of this mine, the mining height 6.8m of working face was determined, and the effect of engineering practice was good. Because coal wall rib spalling was inevitable in fully-mechanized face with large mining height, aiming at the enhancement and improvement of coal wall stability in this mine, several control measures and suggestions of coal wall rib spalling were proposed.
