大采高综放工作面强矿压显现机理及防治技术

    Strong Rock Pressure Appearance Mechanism and Prevention and Control Measures in Large

    • 摘要: 华亭煤矿大采高综放工作面开采过程中出现了强矿压显现现象。通过地应力测试、煤岩冲击倾向性评定及开采条件分析认为顶板冒落高度大、垮落步距大及采空区残余支承应力等开采方法导致的应力集中是造成强矿压显现的主要因素。在加强监测预报的基础上采取了强制放顶、松动爆破、煤体注水、工作面优化布置等措施使安全状况明显好转。

       

      Abstract: Strong rock pressure phenomena appeared during the mining process in large mining height fully-mechanized caving face. Through ground stress test, rock burst tendency assessment and mining condition analysis, the paper obtained that the stress concentration caused by large falling height, big caving step of roof and goaf residual bearing stress and mining methods are the main factors to create the strong pressure appearances. And on the basis of strengthening the monitoring and forecasting, the measures such as forced roof caving, loosening blasting, coal injection and face optimization arrangement improve safety conditions significantly.
