煤矿监控系统误报警致因分析与对策

    Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Monitoring System False-alarming in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: KJ90煤矿监控系统在松藻煤矿现场使用过程中,由于监控设备、传输线路以及人为等因素,造成煤矿井下被监控地点的实际瓦斯数值没有达到超限报警值,但却发生了瓦斯误报警的现象。根据历史瓦斯监测曲线,从不同角度进行分析造成监控过程中出现瓦斯误报警现象的原因,同时提出有针对性的对策措施,为煤矿现场的安全生产提供了有力的保障。

       

      Abstract: In the application of KJ90 type coal mine monitoring system in the Songzao Coal Mine, due to the factors of monitoring equipments, transmission lines and artificial destruction, the phenomenon of gas false-alarming is found when the actual gas emission at underground monitoring site does not reach the off-gauge alarm numerical values. According to the historical gas monitoring curve, the reasons lead to the gas false-alarming phenomenon are analyzed from different angles, at the same time, some targeted countermeasures are put forward, which provides a strong guarantee for safety production in coal mine.
