矿井瓦斯抽采管网计量监控系统现状分析
Current Situation Analysis of Pipeline Measurement Monitoring System for Mine Gas Extraction

摘要: 对我国煤矿目前常用的瓦斯抽采管网计量监控系统进行了详细的对比研究与分析,总结得出了其优缺点,同时结合松藻煤电公司瓦斯泵站所采用的不同抽采管网计量监控系统进行现场应用研究和对比分析,发现采用循环自激式流量计和横向漫反射红外瓦斯浓度传感器的瓦斯抽采管网计量监控系统在实现瓦斯抽采准确、稳定、方便、经济等方面具有巨大的优越性。Abstract: This paper comparatively research and analyze the commonly used pipeline measurement monitoring system of coal mine gas extraction in detail, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, worksite application research and comparative analysis are made by the different pipeline extraction measurement monitoring system used in coal gas pump station of Songzao Coal Company, it is found that pipeline measurement monitoring system including loop self-excited type flowmeter and transverse slow reflectance infrared concentration sensor for gas extraction has great superiority in the realization of accuracy and stability, convenient, economy, etc.
