超细水泥基注浆材料性能研究与工程应用

    Research on the Performance of Micro-fine Cement-based Grouting Material and Its Engineering Application

    • 摘要: 在分析了注浆材料发展现状的基础上,对超细水泥基注浆材料I和II的性能进行了全面研究,并在山西赵庄矿软岩巷道修复加固中进行了现场应用。结果表明,采用该注浆材料注浆加固后,在半年时间内两帮最大移近量仅65 mm,通过地质雷达探测后发现,内部裂隙被充填压密,取得了良好的支护效果和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, based on the analysis of the development status of the grouting materials, a comprehensive study on the performance of micro-fine cement-based grouting material I and II is conducted. Grouting with those kinds of cement has been used in very soft rock roadway at the Zhaozhuang Mine in Shanxi. It indicates that grouting reinforcement with the materials has made a good supporting effect and economic benefits. Maximum convergence of two sides is only 65 mm within six months. It is found that internal cracks have been filled and densified through georadar.
