    A Methane Sensor Based on Tunable Laser Detection Technology

    • 摘要: 利用甲烷气体在1 653 nm附近的近红外吸收光谱,采用谐波检测的方法提出一种激光式甲烷传感器的设计理念,满足对传感器“高可靠性、高精度、高灵敏度”的需求。

       

      Abstract: With harmonic wave detection method, the paper puts forward a kind of laser type methane sensor design concept, which it uses near infrared absorption spectrum of methane gas nearby 1 653 nm. The method meets needs of "high reliability, high precision, high sensitivity" for sensor.
