含孔洞混凝土单轴压缩实验的声电信号特征

摘要: 建立了含孔洞混凝土单轴压缩实验系统,通过分析含孔洞混凝土受载破裂过程的声电信号特征来揭示其破裂机理。实验发现含孔洞混凝土的破裂模式受骨料粒径和孔洞大小的影响,骨料越粗,声电信号发生突变的次数越多,孔洞越大,声电信号的峰值出现越早。材料声发射和电磁辐射水平与所受应力之间存在正相关耦合关系,但声发射与电磁辐射的变化并不完全同步。综合利用声发射和电磁辐射探测技术可以评价煤岩体的稳定性和预测预防岩爆的发生。Abstract: This paper establishes the porous concrete uniaxial compression experiment system, through the analysis of porous concrete contained the acoustic signal characteristic during rupture process to reveal its rupture mechanism. The experiment found that porous concrete rupture mode effected by the aggregate diameter and hole size, the more rough of aggregate was, the more times of acoustic and electric signal mutation were, the bigger of holes were, the earlier of acoustic and electric signal peak appears. There is a positive correlation coupling relationship between acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation level and the stress, but the changes were not completely synchronized. Comprehensive utilization of acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation detection technology can evaluate the coal and rock mass stability and predict rockburst.
