矿用救生舱相变材料与蓄冰复合制冷系统研究

    Research of Phase Change Materials and Ice-reserving Composite Refrigeration System for Mine Rescue Capsule

    • 摘要: 研究了一种矿用救生舱相变材料与蓄冰复合制冷系统。通过实验验证出一种较好的相变材料与冰复合制冷体系;测试了内壁安装无机相变材料的救生舱传热系数较原先仅有保温材料的救生舱传热系数小0.425 W/(m2·K);顺利通过环境温度:55 ℃,24 h;30 ℃,82 h模拟真人实验。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of phase change material and ice-reserving composite refrigeration system for mine-used rescue capsule. A preferred phase change material and ice-reserving composite refrigeration system is verified through the experiment. The heat transfer coefficient of rescue capsule with inorganic of phase change material in the inwall is less 0.425 W/(m2·K) than previous rescue capsule which has only thermal insulation material. The rescue capsule passed the human simulation experiment with environment temperatures of 55 ℃,24 h;30 ℃,82. h.
