工作面长度对综放工作面瓦斯抽排影响的模拟

    Simulation on Effect of Working Face Length on Gas Drainage and Discharging of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 以阳泉三矿K8206综放面为例,利用Fluent模拟软件研究了不同工作面长度条件下“U+I型通风”模式的瓦斯治理效果。结果表明,随着工作面长度的增加,本煤层及邻近层瓦斯涌出量增大,漏风量增大,造成回风、内错尾巷瓦斯浓度超限;随着工作面长度的增加,风排瓦斯总量中来自本煤层的瓦斯所占比重增大。

       

      Abstract: According to the practical situation of K8206 working face in Yangquan NO.3 Mine, gas control effect of "U+I ventilation" model under different working face lengths are studied by using FLUENT software. Simulation results show that gas emission quantity of mining-coal seam and adjacent seams increase with the increase of working face length. Gas concentration exceeds the limit in return airway and gas tail gateway, because of the increase of air leakage rate and air leakage scope with working face length. As the working face length increases, the percentage of the gas emission quantity from mining-coal bed increases also.
