Abstract: This paper deeply analyzes the existed problems of safety quality standardization of traditional coal mine under the new safety situation of coal mine industries, and puts forward that the safety quality standardization of traditional coal mine must be transferred and developed to risk pre-controled management system,which is a pre-control and systematism modern safety management method. Encourages qualified coal companies to choose modern risk pre-control management system.
