水力冲孔技术在九里山矿15071底抽巷的应用

    Application of Hydraulic Flushing Technology in 15071 Floor Suction Roadway of Jiulishan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对九里山矿单一煤层瓦斯含量大、透气性差的特点,利用穿层钻孔实施水力冲孔煤层增透技术,冲孔后瓦斯浓度提高2.4倍,瓦斯流量增大7倍,有效抽采孔径变为原来的5.2倍,明显提高了瓦斯抽采率。结合15071底抽巷实际情况优化了水力冲孔水压、有效时间等技术参数,利用压力等参数变化确定了水力冲孔有效影响半径为4~5 m。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics of big gas content and bad air permeability at single coal seam of jiulishan Coal Mine, using crossing layer hole to implement hydraulic flushing and increase air permeability technology, after hydraulic flushing, the gas concentration increases 2.4 times, gas flow increases 7 times, effective drainage aperture becomes 5.2 times of original aperture, these can obviously improve the gas drainage efficiency. Combined with the actual situation of 15071 floor suction roadway, hydraulic flushing pressure, effective time and other technical parameters are optimized, effective influence radius of hydraulic flushing hole is 4~5 m by using the parameters such as pressure changes.
