基于Zigbee的低功耗无线顶板压力监测系统

    Low Power Consumption Wireless Roof Pressure Monitoring System Based on Zigbee

    • 摘要: 设计了一个煤矿顶板压力在线监测系统。硬件基于Zigbee无线传输模块和MSP430单片机设计。无线模块采用内置协议栈的Zigbee模块,采用AT指令集与MSP430单片机通信。无线传输采用点对点传输协议,可以有效延长通信距离。现场用数码管实时显示压力数据,用光电三极管检测外界环境,当有矿灯照射时接通数码管显示,黑暗中默认关闭显示功能以降低功耗。接收分站通过RS485电缆传输至以太网交换机。

       

      Abstract: This paper designs a roof pressure monitoring system for coal mine. The hardware is based on the Zigbee wireless transmission module and MSP430 microcontroller. The wireless module uses built-in protocol stack Zigbee module and makes communication with the MSP430 microcontroller through the AT command. The wireless transmission admits point-to-point transport protocol, it can effectively extend the communication distance. The devices can display real-time pressure data by the help of digital tube, and test outside environment by using a photoelectric triode. When a miner's lamp irradiate, the digital tube displays, devices are turned off to reduce power consumption in the darkness. Receiving sub-station sends pressure data to the ethernet switch through RS485 cable.
