Abstract: The paper introduces general situation and equipment configuration of No.8104 fully Mechanized caving face in Tashan Coal Mine special thick coal seam. Aiming at the equipment configuration of mining face, the paper puts forward its corresponding configuration scheme of transport equipments, introduces safe fast withdraw process, and makes spaced roof management measures for safe withdraw. In addition, improved experiment is made for original withdraw process, which has a better effect. These achieves fast safe equipment withdraw of fully mechanized caving face in the special thick coal seam.
