Abstract:
Through the analysis of the reasons in the coal mine accidents, it found that the proportion of the human factor is very big. Starting from the perspective of personnel dishonesty, this paper summarizes that the dishonesty behavior may result in the coal mine accident and analyzes the influencing factors. Based on the Analytic Network Process theory and systematic consideration of the inherent linkages and interrelationships of various factors,the paper sets up the index system of one layer factor and two layers factors and establishes the ANP model. Through calculation and analysis of the model, the paper determines the impact of different factors on personnel dishonesty of the coal mining enterprises.
