单一煤层开采过程中损伤场的分布及演化规律

    Distribution and Evolution Law of the Damage Field in Single Coal Seam Mining Process

    • 摘要: 为实现单一煤层采煤工作面瓦斯安全高效抽采、减小煤与瓦斯突出危险,特从损伤力学的角度入手,研究其损伤场的分布及演化规律。引入与开采步序相关的损伤变量,通过损伤度来描述岩体裂隙的分布特征,并根据弹塑性损伤理论编写了三维有限元程序,利用此程序对一工作面开采过程进行分析,给出了考虑材料损伤累积条件下围岩损伤场、体积应变和应力场的分布及演化规律。计算结果可为指导单一煤层卸压瓦斯抽放设计、提高瓦斯抽采率等提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the safe and high-efficient exploitation of gas and reduce the risk of coal and gas outburst in single coal seam,the distribution and evolution law of the damage field was studied by means of damage mechanics.The damage variable correlated with the excavation process was introduced,which was used to describe the distribution characteristics of fractures in rock mass.According to the elastoplastic damage theory,the 3D-finite element program was developed,by which the analysis of mining process of one coal seam was made.The material damage accumulation taken into consideration,the distribution and evolution law of the damage field,volume strain and stress was obtained,which can provide a theoretic reference for the design of gas drainage and improving the efficiency of gas extraction.
