芦岭矿特厚煤层综放采动下底板巷道控制技术

    Control Technology of Floor Roadway Under Mechanized Caving Mining in Luling Mine Super High Seam

    • 摘要: 针对芦岭矿特厚煤层综放采动下底板上山维护困难的问题,采用现场调研和数值模拟分析了巷道的变形破坏原因,指出特厚煤层综放工作面跨采影响、巷道围岩完整性差、底板未采取支护措施是巷道变形失稳的根本原因,在此基础上提出了棚注+关键部位锚索梁控制方案。工程实践表明该方案有效控制了巷道的剧烈变形,上方工作面跨采结束后巷道顶底移近量为233 mm,两帮移近量为118 mm。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem that the floor rise entry is difficult to maintain under mechanized caving mining in Luling Mine super high seam.The field investigation and numerical simulation have been used to analyze the deformation and failure reasons of the roadway,and the root reasons,fully mechanized caving face cross-mining, poor integrity of the surrounding rock,no support measures of the floor,that cause roadway deformation instability are pointed out,and then control scheme including shed grouting and key parts anchor cable beam is put forward. Engineering practice shows that the roadway's severe deformation can be controlled effectively by this scheme,and the relative displacement of roof-to-floor reaches to 233 mm and sidewall convergent is 118 mm after overhead mining.
