近距离煤层坚硬顶板巷道围岩控制技术

    Control Technology of Roadway Surrounding Rock for Close-distance Seams With Hard Roof

    • 摘要: 结合甘庄煤矿5305回采巷道现场地质条件,分析其破坏机理,总结得出上部近距离采空区煤柱影响、本煤层相邻工作面采动影响和巷道原支护体系强度不足是导致5305回采巷道变形破坏的主要原因。在理论分析的基础上,利用FLAC3D模拟软件分析了高应力情况下巷道围岩的变形特征,结合“三高一低”和经济合理性设计原则,确定5305回采巷道的合理支护技术参数,并在现场进行实施,效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Combining with the field geological conditions in 5305 mining roadway of Ganzhuang Coal Mine, analyzing the failure mechanism, the main reasons that lead to the 5305 recovery roadway deformation and failure are the influence of pillars in upper close-distance gob, the mining influence of adjacent working face in the seam and the weak strength of original support system. Base on theoretical analysis, the deformation features of roadway surrounding under the high stress are simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation, combining design principle of "three high and one low" and economical benefit, the rational support parameters for 5305 mining roadway are determined. The engineering practice indicates that the new scheme has a good effect.
