Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the mining in 7803 fully-mechanized caving face of Wuyang Coal Mine is seriously effected by collapse column, through the field exploration, the result that 47
# collapse column is neither standing water nor guiding water is got and the forcibly pass program is selected. Using FLAC
2D numerical simulation to analyze the surrounding rock plastic zone changes of working face and collapse column in the caving process, the results shows that the roof and floor damage range of working face is up to 20 m, the fractured zone around collapse column is developed from 0.5 m to 4 m and the collapse column would not be activated under the influence of mining. Adopting the stoker forcibly pass approaches which includes column detection, advancing grouting and vibration shot in shallow hole, the safe and efficient mining of 7803 face is realized.
