寸草塔二矿近浅埋煤层掩护式液压支架适应性分析

    Adaptive Analysis on Shield Hydraulic Support for Shallow Buried Coal Seam in Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 通过对寸草塔二矿13107工作面矿压显现规律的观测及对工作面所选ZY7600-12/24型两柱掩护式液压支架对工作面顶板支护与控制效果的分析,应用综采工作面液压支架合理工作阻力确定方法、关键岩层控制理论、综采工作面支护强度回归公式计算等方法,对寸草塔二矿3-1煤层适宜的支架工作阻力参数进行了计算与分析,进而对该矿近浅埋煤层综采工作面掩护式液压支架的适应性进行了综合分析与研究。

       

      Abstract: Through the observation of strata behavior laws at 13107 working face of Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine and the analysis of ZY7600-12/24 type two-column shield hydraulic support on face roof support and control effect, using fully mechanized coal face hydraulic support reasonable resistance determination method, key strata control theory, and fully mechanized coal face support strength regression formula calculation method, the reasonable support resistance parameters for 3-1 coal seam of Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine are calculated and analyzed. The adaptability of shield hydraulic support for shallow buried coal seam is researched and studied comprehensively.
