煤矿超600 m垂直输料井快速钻井工艺及其关键技术

    Rapid drilling technology and key techniques for vertical material conveying wells over 600 m in coal mines

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿开采量的增加和采区接续,煤矿井下辅助运输系统存在换装转运环节多、往返时间较长,辅运能力下降和综合效率低等问题,通过增设布置垂直输料井可提高煤矿辅助运输能力。以山西王坡煤矿超600 m垂直输料井的建设为背景,论证了地质钻机钻井法、石油钻机钻井法、风动潜孔锤钻机钻井法、竖井钻机钻井法、反井钻机钻井法等钻井工艺技术和装备的可行性;鉴于拟建垂直输料井下部已经形成的生产系统的有利体条件,确定了采用反井钻机钻井法施工深度617 m、直径1 m的垂直输料井的方案;针对垂直输料井地层条件和深度大、直径小的工程特点,给出了超600 m垂直输料井反井钻机钻井过程中导孔钻进偏斜控制方法、扩孔钻进反井钻机选型依据、扩孔钻进参数随钻控制方法和钻井安全措施,并完成了工程现场应用。

       

      Abstract: With the increase of coal mining amount and continuous mining area, there are many problems in the auxiliary transportation system in coal mine, such as many transport links, long round trip time, reduced auxiliary transportation capacity and low comprehensive efficiency. The auxiliary transportation capacity of coal mine can be improved by adding vertical delivery wells. Take the construction of vertical delivery well over 600 m in Wangpo Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the background, the feasibility of drilling technology and equipment such as geological drilling, oil drilling, pneumatic drilling hammer drilling, vertical drilling and raise-boring machine are demonstrated. In view of the favorable conditions of the production system formed in the lower part of the proposed vertical delivery well, the scheme of constructing a vertical delivery well with a depth of 617 m and a diameter of 1 m by using a reverse drilling machine is determined. According to the formation condition of vertical delivery well and the engineering characteristics of large depth and small diameter, the deviation control method of pilot hole drilling, the selection basis of reaming drilling raise-boring machine, the control method of reaming drilling parameters while drilling and the drilling safety guarantee measures are given. The engineering field application has been completed.
