煤矿井下定向长钻孔套管下放方法及固孔工艺

    Casing running and solidifying bore by grouting in directional long borehole in coal mine

    • 摘要: 为解决当前煤矿井下定向长钻孔水力压裂中难以实现全程下入粗径套管和全孔段注浆固孔的难题,分析了套管下放及注浆固孔存在的技术难点并提出相应对策措施,构建了定向长钻孔套管下放及注浆固孔总体技术方案,提出了可打捞式套管下放方法及环空注浆工艺;通过套管通过性分析,给出了钻孔最大曲率为0.285°/m;设计出了可打捞式底扩钻具,并对传扭机构、螺旋扶正器、套管扣型等关键部件进行了设计;开发出了适用上斜定向长钻孔的水泥浆体系。采用可打捞式套管下放方法及环空注浆工艺在曹家滩矿进行了现场应用,应用结果表明:该套工艺是可行的,且在煤矿井下定向长钻孔中首次实现了粗径ϕ127 mm套管下入深度超过500 m,在孔深超过500 m定向长钻孔中实现了全孔段注浆。

       

      Abstract: To solve the current problem that it is difficult to realize the whole process of running the thick diameter casing and solidifying bore by grouting in the hydraulic fracturing of directional long boreholes in underground coal mines, we analyzed the technical difficulties of casing running and solidifying bore by grouting and the corresponding countermeasures were presented. The overall technical scheme of casing running and solidifying bore by grouting in directional long borehole was constructed, the salvable method of casing running and grouting technology through annular space were proposed; the maximum curvature 0.285°/m of the borehole was given by the analysis of casing possibility; the salvable reaming drilling tools, torsion transmission mechanism, spiral centralizer and casing thread type were designed; the grouting technique and cement slurry system which was applicable to upward directional long borehole were developed. The salvable method of casing running and grouting technology through annular space in directional long borehole has been applied to Caojiatan Mine, and application results showed that the technical system is feasible, and the casing with a diameter of ϕ127 mm was drilled to a depth of more than 500 m in a directional long borehole in a coal mine for the first time, and full hole section grouting is realized in directional long holes with hole depth of more than 500 m.
