基于千眼智能分析系统的综采设备联动控制方法

    • 摘要: 综采工作面系统复杂庞大、设备关联程度高,智能化综采装备系统的可靠性逐渐成为制约工作面智能化安全高效开采的关键性因素;提出并研发一种基于千眼智能分析系统的综采设备联动控制方法。通过在综采工作面区域布设多个新一代矿用高清摄像仪,使综采工作面全方位无死角可视化呈现,实现对综采工作面区域内转载机人员侵入、支架移架危险区域人员侵入、采煤机截割区域人员侵入、人员着装、煤机与支架防碰撞监测、刮板输送机运行工况智能监测等全过程智能识别与保护;从对综采工作面全方位的实时监控、设备运行状态、人员安全行为等角度,借助AI+AR混合增强现实技术,结合综采工作面设备实时运行工况,通过智能控制协同服务实现对综采工作面区域内设备、人员安全行为进行智能识别与实时预警,形成“画面实时采集、信息快速识别、系统预警记录、远程警告及设备联控”的标准化综采工作面联动控制方法,对设备运行及人员行为全流程监测监控,有效预测、预防潜在安全隐患,最大限度保证综采工作面安全高效开采。

       

      Abstract: The fully mechanized mining face system is complex and large, and the equipment is highly correlated. The reliability of the intelligent fully-mechanized coal mining equipment system has gradually become the key factor restricting the intelligent safe and efficient mining of the working face. Based on this, a linkage control method of fully mechanized mining equipment based on a thousand eyes intelligent analysis system is proposed and developed. By laying several new generation high-definition cameras in the area of fully mechanized mining surface, the fully mechanized mining surface can be visualized in all directions without dead corners to realize the intelligent identification and protection of the whole process of personnel intrusion in the fully mechanized mining face area, personnel intrusion in the dangerous area of support shifting, personnel intrusion in the shearer cutting area, personnel dressing, anti-collision monitoring of coal machine and support, intelligent monitoring of scraper conveyor operating conditions, etc. From the perspective of comprehensive real-time monitoring of fully mechanized mining surface, equipment operating status, personnel safety behavior, etc., with the help of AI+AR hybrid augmented reality technology and combined with the real-time operating conditions of fully mechanized mining surface equipment, intelligent control and collaborative services are used to realize intelligent identification and real-time warning of safety behaviors of equipment and personnel in the fully mechanized mining surface area. A standardized linkage control method of “real-time screen acquisition, rapid information identification, system early warning record, remote warning and equipment joint control” is formed to monitor the whole process of equipment operation and personnel behavior, effectively predict and prevent potential safety hazards, and maximize the safe and efficient mining of fully mechanized mining face.
