Abstract:
In order to clarify the influence mechanism of organizational mindfulness on safety behavior, a conceptual model including organizational mindfulness, harmonious safety passion, leadership safety commitment and safety behavior was constructed based on self-determination theory and social information processing theory. 431 first-line miners in Shanxi Province were taken as research objects, and structural equation model was used for hypothesis and empirical test. The results show that organizational mindfulness has a significant positive impact on safety behavior and the harmonious safety passion plays a mediating role in this relationship. The leader safety commitment moderates the influence of organizational mindfulness, that is, the higher the leader safety commitment is, the stronger the harmonious safety passion mediating role is. Coal managers should improve the ability of organization dynamic emergency response, effectively fulfill the safety commitment, and enhance the safety behavior of miners.
