Abstract:
In order to reduce personnel and increase efficiency in the underground slurry filling system of coal mines and accelerate the intelligent process of slurry filling technology, a filling control method based on intelligent PID algorithm was proposed to realize accurate pulping. A monitoring and fault intelligent identification method for slurry pipelines has been constructed, achieving early warning of pipeline blockage and rapid fault handling. Integrated with a data-driven production management system and AI+NOSA intelligent control platform, the safety production management of the entire slurry filling system has achieved intelligent and comprehensive coverage. The application effect shows that after the system is officially put into use, it has achieved integration of system monitoring, less manual filling production, digital production management, and standardized equipment control. The efficiency of slurry filling is increased by more than 40%, and the failure shutdown rate of the filling system is reduced by more than 60%. The labor quota has been reduced from 15 to 3, resulting in a significant decrease in labor intensity and a significant improvement in production efficiency.
