多种通信方式融合的矿用广播系统设计

    Design of mining broadcasting system integrating multiple communication methods

    • 摘要: 针对现有矿用广播系统因通信方式不灵活,从而导致煤矿井下覆盖面有限,功能不完善等问题,研究设计了一种融合以太网、CAN(控制器局域网络)总线和模拟音频传输等通信方式的矿用广播系统设计方案,并阐述该系统的系统架构,软硬件设计及核心技术。该系统硬件由广播终端和广播对讲音箱组成:广播终端采用以太网通信实现网络IP电话,完成远距离通话;广播对讲音箱通过CAN总线,结合模拟音频实现双向对讲和流媒体在线播放,自带CAN中继功能,可无限级联,可部署在光纤无法覆盖的地方。整套广播系统可实现煤矿井下语音全覆盖,具有安装方便、硬件成本低等优势,为煤矿日常安全生产调度和防灾避险提供了有力的支持。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of limited coverage and imperfect function caused by the inflexible communication mode of the existing mine broadcast system, a design scheme of mine broadcast system integrating Ethernet, CAN bus and analog audio transmission is researched and designed, and the system architecture, hardware and software design and core technology of the system are described. The hardware of the system is composed of broadcast terminal and broadcast intercom speaker. The broadcast terminal uses Ethernet communication to realize network IP telephone and complete long-distance communication; broadcast intercom speaker through the CAN bus, combined with analog audio to achieve two-way intercom and streaming media online playback, with CAN relay function, can be unlimited cascaded, can be deployed where the optical fiber can not cover. The whole set of broadcasting system can realize full coverage of underground voice in coal mines, with the advantages of easy installation and low hardware cost, and provide strong support for daily safe production scheduling and disaster prevention and avoidance in coal mines.
