Abstract:
In order to reduce the influence of mining disturbance of adjacent working face and overlying rock movement of goaf on small coal pillar roadway layout under sequential mining conditions, taking Bayangaole Coal Mine as an example, a small coal pillar roadway layout method of “reverse excavation with narrow coal pillar + direct excavation with wide coal pillar” was proposed. The process of roadway layout and related influencing factors were analyzed in three stages, and through surface rock movement observation, the characteristics of overlying rock movement and stable settlement distance in the goaf were obtained to guide the practice of roadway layout. The results indicated that different mining sequences of working faces resulted in differences in the movement characteristics of overlying rocks in goaf areas, and the stable settlement distance of the goaf was about 900-1 000 m; during the arrangement of the return air channel in 23104 working face, the requirements for the stable settlement distance of the reverse excavation roadway lagging behind the goaf and the length of the direct excavation roadway were strictly followed, and the reasonable layout of the roadway was completed to ensure the smooth continuity of the working face.
