一种便携式瓦斯抽采管道多参数测定仪研制

    Development of a portable multi-parameter measuring instrument for pipeline gas drainage

    • 摘要: 探讨了管道瓦斯抽采测定仪对煤矿安全生产的意义,分析了同类产品在煤矿使用中存在的问题,针对《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》第四十七条对预抽煤层钻孔测定的规定,分别从工艺技术、优化算法和内部结构3大方面着手研发了一款便携式瓦斯抽采管道多参数测定仪;分别从整体方案与性能指标、电源与存储等关键硬件,数据处理、存储保护与流量计算的影响点等关键软件方向详细介绍了测定仪设计方案。现场试验结果表明:测定仪解决了抽采钻孔浓度、负压存在“测不快、测不准、仪器重”等问题,保证了工作人员掌握预抽钻孔参数准确性。

       

      Abstract: This paper discusses the significance of pipeline gas drainage tester for coal mine safety production, analyzes the problems existing in the use of similar products in coal mines. In accordance with the provisions of article 47 of the Detailed Rules for the Prevention and Control of Coal and Gas Outburst on drill hole measurement in pre-drainage coal seams, we have developed a portable multi-parameter measuring instrument for gas drainage pipelines from three aspects: process technology, optimization algorithm and internal structure. This article provides a detailed introduction to the design scheme of the measuring instrument from key hardware aspects such as overall scheme and performance indicators, power supply and storage, as well as key software aspects such as data reception, storage protection, and flow calculation. Through extensive on-site testing and certification, the measuring instrument has solved the problems of “slow measurement, inaccurate measurement, and heavy instrument” in the concentration and negative pressure of the pumping borehole, ensuring that the staff master the accuracy of the pre pumping borehole parameters.
