旋转导向用ϕ114.3 mm有线随钻测量钻杆设计及应用

    Design and application of ϕ114.3 mm wireline measurement while drilling pipe for rotary steering

    • 摘要: 为了满足旋转导向对钻杆实时传输数据的要求,通过结构设计、数值模拟、室内试验和现场综合试验相结合的方法,设计并研制了ϕ114.3 mm有线随钻测量钻杆,提高了接头整体抗扭强度和抗拉能力;螺纹采用大锥度设计,有效适应了井下机械手自动拧卸钻杆操作;通缆装置采用非对称曲面结构,提高了钻杆整体过流面积。试制的ϕ114.3 mm有线随钻测量钻杆在唐家会旋转导向施工中进行了现场试验,累计进尺2 421 m。现场试验结果表明:钻杆力学性能稳定,信号传输可靠,满足旋转导向钻进对信号实时、双向传输的需求。

       

      Abstract: In order to satisfy the requirements of rotary steering-oriented drill pipe with real-time data transmission, through the combination of structural design, numerical simulation, laboratory test and field comprehensive test, the ϕ114.3 mm cable drill pipe was designed and developed, which improves the overall torsional strength and tensile strength of the joint. Large taper is adopted in the design of screw thread, which can effectively adapt to the operation of underground manipulator to unscrew drill pipe automatically. Asymmetric curved surface structure is adopted to improve the overall flow area of the drill pipe. The ϕ114.3 mm cable drill pipe has been tested in Tangjiahui rotary steerable construction, with a total footage of 2 421 m. The field test results show that the mechanical properties of drill pipe are stable and the signal transmission is reliable, which can meet the real-time and two-way signal transmission requirements of rotary steerable drilling.
