基于不同含水率煤的瓦斯解吸特性推算煤层瓦斯压力方法研究

    Estimation of coal seam gas pressure based on gas desorption characteristics of coal with different moisture contents

    • 摘要: 针对直接法测定瓦斯压力工艺复杂、成功率低,而间接法测定适用条件较为苛刻的问题,以河南鹤壁三矿为例,基于不同含水率煤的瓦斯解吸实验规律,引入“孙重旭”式系数a,提出了能够推算不同含水率煤层瓦斯压力的新方法。结果表明:“孙重旭式”拟合不同含水率煤样的解吸曲线效果最好,确定孙重旭公式为最佳拟合公式;系数a在不同的拟合时间下,可保持稳定的值,且与瓦斯压力呈现指数关系,可利用系数a与瓦斯压力的关系对不同含水率煤层瓦斯压力进行推算。现场验证发现实测值与理论计算值较为接近,该解吸法推算煤层瓦斯压力是可行的。

       

      Abstract: The direct method to measure gas pressure process is complex, the success rate is low, the applicable conditions of the indirect method are relatively harsh. Taking Hebi No.3 Mine as an example, based on the experimental law of gas desorption of coal with different moisture contents, the coefficient a of the “Sun Zhongxu formula” is introduced, and a new method that can estimate the gas pressure of coal seams with different moisture contents is proposed. The results show that the “Sun Zhongxu equation” is the best way to fit the desorption curve of coal samples with different moisture contents, the “Sun Zhongxu equation” is determined to be the best fitting formula. The coefficient a can maintain a stable value under different fitting time and has an exponential relationship with gas pressure. The relationship between the coefficient a and gas pressure can be used to estimate the gas pressure of coal seams with different moisture contents. Field verification found that the measured value is close to the theoretical calculation value, the desorption method is feasible to calculate the coal seam gas pressure.
